Review of Fat Loss 4 Idiots
First and foremost, you have to ignore the name that insults potential customers. That said, the Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a weight loss plan that, as they say, manipulates calories. The program generates a food plan for you to follow that makes it easier for people like me who like things laid out for me. You get to eat more than three meals a day, which for me eliminated the need for heavy snacks. I still snacked, more out of habit than hunger, but I went for the healthier foods.
The daily plans are different each day. By that I mean some days it’s a carb diet and other days it’s a protein diet. Of course drinking plenty of water is required no matter what your diet is.

Know When to Stop Eating
Another key to this plan is knowing when to push away from the table. Realize that you’ve had enough to eat before you hit the point where you have to unbutton your pants and rest. That’s one problem Americans have. We were raised to never leave food on the plate because there are people going hungry all over the world. This is true. So instead of heaping your plate, take smaller portions and if you need to get a second helping, do so.
Something that was a little difficult for me in the beginning was cutting back on the condiments. I love salt. So I would have to remind myself of the greater good. I decided to do what I had to do.
How Did I Get Here?
I had gotten overweight by eating the wrong foods at the wrong times of the day. A lot of my eating habits were just that, habits. So I changed by habits and started to realize there were certain habit foods that I really didn’t need and really didn’t miss.
Now, I didn’t lose the 9 pounds in the first 11 days like they said I would but I did lose 7 1/2 pounds. I felt good about it and continued on. I lost 6 pounds in the second cycle, wasn’t as faithful as I should have been. I felt guilty about it but then put it in perspective. I’m only human.

Exercise
They really don’t put too much emphasis on working out but by the third cycle, I incorporated exercising into my routine. I worked out moderately three times a week and lost 13 pounds. I have reached my goal weight and am thrilled. It was three weeks of dieting that really wasn’t too bad. I now know the right foods to eat and when to eat them. I also know what foods are not so important to me anymore. I still enjoy a piece of cake but I no longer need it four times a week.
I wish you luck on whatever diet plan you decide on but this is the one that finally worked for me. Take care.
